AARON ASHFORD
Howdy y’all! I’m Aaron and a Co-owner and founder of Shot4Shot Bartending. To give you a snapshot of my life, I was born in a small rural town in southeast Kansas and spent much of my younger years growing up on my family’s cattle ranch. I come from a family of cowboys and ranchers spanning back over 4 generations. On the ranch, much of my time was spent helping my grandfather feed and work cattle and I spent many weekends at the sale-barns watching him buy and sell his cows. I really couldn’t have asked for a better way to grow up.
After sometime, I moved to a town closer to Kansas City with my parents and sisters. Eventually I enrolled in college at Kansas State University. While in college, I picked up a part time job at a local college bar called O’Malley’s (if you have ever been out to AggieVille you definitely remember Omals), and there began my journey as a bartender. While there, I began to bartend private events and weddings on my own time and immediately fell in love! Since the first wedding I bartended, I prided myself on giving the wedding party and guests the best experience I could offer.
After I finished school I moved home and bartended in various clubs/bars and events. I felt a longing to bartend more weddings for couples everywhere and in 2023 I decided to start Shot4Shot Bartending. I wanted to offer a bartending service different from others in the industry and decided to add a little bit of my heritage to the company and offer a western/rustic style of bartending with packages and décor. Together with my lifelong friend and business partner, we want to give all couples the perfect carefree experience at their wedding.

With 8 years of expertise honed in the finance industry and serving as a paralegal in the Army Reserve, I bring a unique blend of professionalism, precision, and passion to every gathering I serve.
My journey began with a Bachelor's Degree and an MBA in Finance, diving into the world of numbers and spreadsheets. However, my true calling lies in the art of crafting cocktails and curating experiences. Transitioning from finance to event bartending was a natural evolution driven by my love for providing exceptional service at weddings and events.
To me, the bar isn't just a place to grab a drink – it's a vibrant hub where people come together to celebrate, connect, and create lasting memories. Whether it's a wedding, corporate event, or private party, my dedication to excellence shines through in every pour.
With my background as a paralegal in the Army Reserve, I have a calling for detail and precision, ensuring that every aspect of your event is meticulously attended to.
